Avodah’s relationship with Narley Construction started right at the beginning, not long after they created their business in 2013. With demand for new home builds ever-increasing, their task was to carve out a strong and compelling place in the market. Their difference is immediately noticeable – each home is genuinely unique and every design feature is carefully considered and beautifully crafted. Whilst quality and craftsmanship are key to their product, their approach in down-to-earth, honest and fun. And so their marketing strategy has been to create a message that combined that commitment to quality with their truly authentic character. Compelling photography and videography has always been an integral part of sharing this unique magic with their target audience.

What is it that makes Narley Construction unique that you try to help your target audience understand?

Our ultimate goal with building a home for anyone is trying to make it an enjoyable process along the way. Our clients are everything to us and we involve them throughout the whole process. We try and tailor a home to suit our clients personality and design ideas and basically build from there (we like to push the boundaries). We are a team and our whole team of builders and sub-contractors are local. We create a whole atmosphere of fun, hard work and ultimately a home to be enjoyed! That’s the feeling we want to come through in our marketing.

What role does photography and videography play within your marketing strategy?

Videography and photography play a massive role in our marketing strategy. We believe it has been the key to our business growth. The images and video content Avodah captures for us allow our audience to really get a feel for the type of homes we build and dive into all the elements we include in a new home.
It’s about building demand – photos and video allow people to fall in love with the work we’ve done, and it’s a powerful and effective way for them to appreciate all the unique things that go into our homes.

What is your most important measure of success for social media content?

Success comes from new home buyers wanting more – the images we receive we can tease our followers with wanting more. They want to see more of the homes especially the finished product. Avodah capture everything not just a whole room but all the puzzle pieces that create that room. The close up and feature images are my favourite. They showcase the different products we use, workmanship and wow factors in all our builds.

How has your investment in media content help your brand and your business to grow?

Avodah, I believe, have helped us create our brand and allowed us to really showcase who we are. Real images of us and our team working. Real images of our homes at the end of builds. And real images of our brand. We love that Narley is authentic, local and family owned. After 7 years partnering with Avodah, we have a huge library of all of work that makes us so proud to showcase every home to its full potential and it’s a huge tool for us!
